Shameful gaslighting about Monkeypox
By Scott Tibbs, May 1, 2023
If drunk driving fatalities were reduced by alcoholics encouraging each other to call ride-share services or taxis rather than driving while intoxicated, would we congratulate the alcoholic community for reducing them problem they caused in the first place? Ina Park and Dan Savage
made a similar argument in the
New York Times a couple weeks ago.
It was
well-documented last summer that the driving force behind the spread of Monkeypox (or MPox, as it is now known) was extreme promiscuity among homosexual men. The men diagnosed with MPox last summer had a median number of five sexual partners within the previous three months. MPox was spreading via homosexual sex orgies, "kink fetish" events and other similar means. The Fake News media buried these critical facts in order to be Politically Correct, intentionally suppressing information that could greatly lessen the spread of disease at a critical time.
It is not "homophobic" or "anti-gay" to point out that promiscuity is dangerous and spreads disease. Homosexual behavior not only was the driving force behind the spread of Monkeypox last summer and fall, it remains the driving force behind the spread of HIV. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
reports that men who have sex with men "accounted for 71% of new HIV diagnoses in the United States" in 2020.
So no, I am not going to give any credit to highly promiscuous homosexual men for limiting the spread of a disease they were responsible spreading in the first place through dangerous and irresponsible behavior. I am certainly not going to credit the Fake News Media or so-called "doctors" who refused to tell the truth about the spread of disease. Is it any wonder why so many people have totally lost trust in our institutions?
